- Legislation of the General Subdivision for Medical Devices:Cosmetics.

- Royal Decree 2131/2004 29-10-2004 establish the symbol indicating the durability of the cosmetic products after opening. From the 11 of March of the 2005 cosmetic products without this information in their labelling will not be able to be put in the market.
