cosmetic products

For the cosmetic product commercialization in Spain, the Person in charge of the Commercialization has to carry out a communication of each product that is wanted to commercialize, denominated Information with the object of Medical Treatment.
In addition, the Responsable company of the Cosmetic Commercialization has to register it in the Registry of Person in charge of the Cosmetic Product Commercialization.
