From the Technical Pharmaceutical Consulting we advised and we covered your needs in:
- Completing the Registration Application Pack for toothpaste
(Registration DENT). - Search of companies that realise necessary toxicological tests for the registry.
- Revision of labellings, instructions of use and documentation, which certifies compliance with the law.
- Request of National Codes for its distribution to Pharmaceutical Distributors and Offices of Pharmacy (Voluntary).
Within Products of Personal Hygiene, in the Toothpaste category we found those product toothpastes or similars of application in teeth and buccal mucosa that by their composition, purpose or presentation cannot be included in the scope of application of Real Decree 1599/97, and cannot consider sanitary medecines, products, or pesticides.
As an example, in this group we mainly found the dental whitener with peroxide, the hiperfluorade preparations (> 1500 ppm Fluorine), or chewing-gum antidecay.
