Medical devices marketing

For the sanitary product commercialization in any country of the European Community, the manufacturer, importer or person in charge of the commercialization have to carry out a communication of each product that is wanted to commercialize.

This communication has to take place for all class of sanitary products (Class I, IIa, IIb, III and products to size), but following the class, the communication and the necessary documentation, can vary.
