It is understood by Products of Personal Hygiene (contemplated in the Additional Disposition 2ª of RD 1599/1997 on cosmetic products, modified by RD 209/2005) all the substances or preparations that, without having the legal cosmetic consideration, sanitary biocidal products or medical devices, are destined to being applied on the skin, teeth or mucous of the human body for the purposes of hygiene or aesthetic, or to neutralize or to eliminate ectoparasits, such as toothpastes, products of aesthetic, pediculicides, vaginal moisturizers, cleaning annals in case of hemorroides, products for the sport massage, nasal or ocular cleaners, or any other product that can be described like so.
